Orders and bespoke builds
All tamburitzas are built to order; expected lead time is several weeks to several months depending on the model. The final price is confirmed in writing once the specification is agreed.
Return policy
For bespoke-built instruments a return is not possible except in case of a manufacturing defect identified by the maker. The standard 14-day consumer return applies only to ready-stock products.
GDPR — personal data protection
Personal data you leave through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry. We do not pass it to third parties, do not use it for marketing, and we store it in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / EU 2016/679). You have the right of access, correction and deletion of your data — contact us directly for any of those actions.
